Shipping information

All packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via UPS. UPS ground service is available only for deliveries that are guaranteed a 1-3 days transit time from our shop to your home. Please be aware that Wednesday and Thursday shipments should be scheduled to arrive by Friday.

Please note: We reserve the right to ship overnight delivery if we believe heat or transit time may compromise the product. We cannot ship to APO/PO addresses at this time

Natasha’s Mulberry & Mott will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery or circumstances beyond our control. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.

To ensure your macaroons arrive fresh and with no damage, we package them with crushproof trays, insulated shipping boxes and frozen gel packs when necessary.


Freshness and Care

Our macarons are best if consumed within 7 days. Refrigerate macarons in an airtight container and serve cool to the touch.

Refunds

We carefully inspect every item before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives, and if we determine a refund is due to you, simply return the package within 7 days of receipt. Please return the items in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund.

Only merchandise will be refunded, not shipping cost. We are not able to offer refunds on incorrect addresses, and shipping delays due to weather, strike, or mechanical issues.

Returns with original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original receipt, will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

If you do not have your original invoice, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information.

  • your name
  • address
  • phone number
  • order number
  • item name/description
  • reason for return
  • action to be taken (replacement or refund)
